Individual Therapy
You might be familiar with the weight of anxiety, the challenges of ADHD, or the relentless grip of negative thinking patterns and perfectionism. Navigating these issues can be especially challenging for children and their parents. We specialize in providing support for individuals of all ages grappling with anxiety and/or ADHD to bring more peace, joy, and confidence to our clients.
We prioritize clinical excellence by integrating evidence-based modalities with creative interventions to ensure therapy is not only effective but also fun! There is no one-size-fits all approach to your unique needs, so we can explore what works best for you.
We primarily work with clients who want to:
-
Alleviate Anxiety and Perfectionism
-
Manage ADHD
-
Build Resilience to Frustration and Stress
-
Cope with Difficult Life Transitions
-
Enhance Self-Esteem

Parenting Support
Parenting a child with anxiety, ADHD, or big emotions can feel overwhelming—but the right support and coaching can bring calm and connection back to your home. Together, we’ll create practical strategies that foster structure, positivity, and smoother interactions. We’ll partner with you to navigate challenges with empathy and confidence. Our focus will be on supporting your child’s emotional well-being and helping them thrive at home, in school, and with peers.
We work with parents who seek support independently or parents whose children also see us for therapy. In any case, we are here to help you achieve a more harmonious and fulfilling family life.
